What happened to my old reminders lists?

All of the items on my old Reminder lists have disappeared. How can I recover them?

Hi there Paradachs,

It sounds like the content in your Reminders is missing on your iPad running iOS 12. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we'd like to learn more to see how we can help.

To start, do you use Reminders on any other devices? If so, are you able to see all the content in your lists on those devices? Are you able to see all the content in your Reminders list if you use a web browser to visit iCloud.com? We ask because we noticed your iPad is running iOS 12, and there could be a compatibility issue with upgraded Reminders.

"Upgraded reminders aren't compatible with earlier versions of iOS and macOS. If you upgrade your reminders on your iPhone with iOS 13 or later, your other devices — like your iPad and Mac — can’t access the reminders until you update your iPad to iPadOS or your Mac to macOS 10.15 Catalina." Have a look at this link to learn more:

Upgrading the Reminders app in iOS 13 or later

Send over these details, and we'll take a closer look from there.

Cheers.
