Data breach warning removed after password is changed

I have gotten the data leak warning on my iPhone. It gives me the same message even though I changed the PW. Does this data leak notification disappear after the Pw change? Just making sure I’m not responding to the same data leak message repeatedly because it’s never gone away. How can these passwords be in a data leak 20 min after I change my password? Do the notifications go away after the issue is fixed?

Password in data leak notification I received a notification on my iphone X about half an hour ago to say my password had appeared in a data leak. It listed the sites/passwords I needed to change. How do I find the notification again? Have looked in password and security, bot on my phone and my Mac - no joy. I just need to find it so that I can change my compromised passwords. Any help gratefully received. Thanks

Yes I did the apple 15.3.1 update and the phone had a message with a key that said some of your passwords have appeared in a data leak and my I phone can help me . Is this a new feature or spam? When I did the 15.3.1 update my iPhone had a key that said compromise some of your password have appeared on a data leak is this a real feature or a scammer.
