Merging one iPad to another iPad

I have 2 iPads and I currently use one. Can I merge the 2 together so that I can compile the information I have all to one? I’m using the iPad Pro now

The easiest way to get most of it merged if they are both using the same Apple ID would be to use iCloud.

Change your iCloud feature settings [iOS and Mac] - https://support.apple.com/HT207689

Pay close attention to what will happen as you activate each feature. I used this a few years ago and it did things such as merge my photos in iCloud from one device with photos on a second device that didn't have iCloud activated on it but did have its own photo collection.
