Are there any templates for a family tree?

Do a Google search for "family tree templates" and you'll get quite a number of sites where you can download examples.

Or you can use a genealogy app like Reunion or MacFamilyTree and it will create several types of trees based on the entries you've made. I use Reunion and created this just now going back 4 generations:

If you're serious about the genealogy visit both websites and read about the apps and what they do. Careful though - you might get hooked 😀.

If that does not do it, you can also do a search at the app store to see what kind of apps are available.
