How do you uninstall an app and then reinstall on an iPhone 8 plus, IOS 14.6?

Settings>General>Iphone Storage... scroll down to the app, tap it and delete. When done, restart your iphone.

Redownload/reinstall that app from App Store.

You can go to the App Library and delete the app from there. You can also find instructions in this support document. Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Iphone 8Plus with 14.6. Need to delete an app. Followed the directions to iphone storage, tapped on the app but I do not receive the delete app option.
