outline of rectangle on screen

I am using Bir Sur 11.4 and all of a sudden I have an outline of a rectangle that follow my curser. How do I get rid of it

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.3

 (Apple menu) > System Preferences... > Accessibility > Vision > Zoom

De-select those options.
