Roku screen mirror

So in order to screen mirror my iPhone to my roku they need to be on the same network. I have unlimited mobile data and 25G hotspot data from my cell provider.

if I turn on my iPhone hotspot, connect my roku to my iPhone hotspot, then use my iPhone to stream Netflix and use screen mirroring to send it to my roku tv does that use mobile data? Hotspot data? Both?
