Does anyone know why? I’ve lost all my music and playlists because of the cancellation of my subscriptions but I still can’t change regions I moved from Australia to New Zealand.

If you had a balance on your Apple account in Australia, it must be spent before you can change regions.
There were some downloads still active/waiting but they weren’t showing on any of my devices once they removed them I was able to change countries.
There is no money in there
