No service

My phone’s cellular data is no longer working. It says error and when I slick on what it say, it tells me to update my phone, but it is already updated. Now I have a no service bar at the top of my phone instead of a days bar. My phone only works on wifi and can not make calls. What is wrong with it?

No service with cellular data Hi. My iPhone X has been showing no service recently. After a full reset I am able to gain service but after an hour it disappears and doesn’t return. I have tried all the so called solutions on the internet but nothing works. Please help!
