Yes, we’re people. Just like you. Here, more than you might realize, too. We’re other users. Like you. Not Apple. The vast majority of replies here are not from folks that work for Apple. I don’t. You’re not addressing Apple.
The Apple TV+ free offer is three months for devices activated on and after 1-Jul-2021, and subject to various terms and conditions. The offer of a free year is available for devices active on or before 30-Jun-2021.
As you’ve undoubtedly already followed the previously-linked instructions, it would appear that your purchase is not eligible for the offer. Why that might be the case is not clear without additional details.
The free offer is available for 90 days from device activation, and is not available where there have been previous free offers redeemed, and only one offer per family group, etc. The rest of the fine print and the terms and conditions are linked from my previous reply here, above.
