Aug 9, 2010 7:04 AM in response to geoboneby SBsyncro,Same problem here. I'm using outlook integration, plus a POP account, plus a gmail account and gettin' the same annoying status message. Rebooting the phone doesn't seem to help. -
Aug 14, 2010 11:27 PM in response to geoboneby domino82,Same issue. For what it's worth, I'm running 4 e-mail accounts: 1 Exchange, 1 MobileMe, 1 Gmail (configured as exchange for push), and 1 POP. Mine says downloading 1 of 1 everytime I'm at the main mail screen. I can't figure out what account or folder it's associated with either. -
Aug 15, 2010 6:10 AM in response to geoboneby Sweatshop,Yup, I've got the same problem: <Downloading 1 of 1> message constantly displayed. It started after I downloaded the second update to the OS. -
Aug 19, 2010 1:07 PM in response to geoboneby uif,Same problem here after the latest iOS update. Continually displays "Downloading 1 of 1" even though nothing is downloading. I have several email accounts set up, and when I go into each individually they show nothing downloading; this only happens under "All Mailboxes" -
Aug 22, 2010 1:15 PM in response to geoboneby johnzimmerer,Have the same issue. Am wondering if it has something to do with attachments (e.g., re-downloading them) or just a server sync issue. Annoying more than anything else, as mail seems to come and go just fine. Since I have multiple email accounts, I deleted all of the mail in the POP accounts. That just leaves MobileMe.... -
Sep 9, 2010 2:47 AM in response to geoboneby McNott,Yes the same problem for me, more an annoyance than anything else the 'Mailboxes' view of all mailboxes continually states 'downloading 1 of 1'. Any thoughts -

Oct 3, 2010 10:54 PM in response to JanSchutteby JanSchutte,Mine is gone, but I don't know why.
Two things I have done recently:
- Turn the iPhone completely off
- Synchronize with iTunes
Cheers,

Oct 7, 2010 7:42 AM in response to geoboneby Matt Rittman,Dang, I thought I was the only one having this issue. It's very annoying. I've only had this problem with the most recent version of iOS4. Hopefully they fix this soon.. -
Oct 8, 2010 6:33 AM in response to Matt Rittmanby nickditoro,It went away on mine. I had recently synched with iTunes but I can't say that that was what made the difference. Seems to me we need something from Apple acknowledging the issue and providing an ETA for when it will get fixed. -
Oct 10, 2010 3:16 PM in response to geoboneby time_we_think,I solved this by power cycling the phone.
