Guided access option was disabled in accessibility Shortcut…Can Anyone Help ? :-(

At Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut: The Guided Access shortcut option is disabled

At Accessibility > Guided Access: Guided Access is on, Accessibility Shortcut is on

Apple, please fix this.

Also, I’m confused by all of these on/off/override views. Maybe it would be OK if they actually worked, but please consider if it’s possible to simplify. If the shortcut option is supposed to be disabled, please find a way for the interface to let me know why . . . e.g. with text above the options, e.g. when I tap the option, give me an explanation, e.g. with an information (i) icon.

It didnt work what should i do now ?
