HD locked when try to re-install High Sierra
The HD shows its name "OS X Base System" and i cannot erase, restore or unmount the HD. Also when i try to re-install High Sierra, it said that the HD is locked

That is the wrong Partition, On Disk Utility's view Menu choose Show all Devices, highlight the top left one, if you're already doing that it's a sign of a dead HDD. :(
