Unlock iphone to use accessories

Hi, i am having problem on my iphone. Its showing unlock iphone to use accessories. Anyone can help on this? I cant even access after connected the cable on my laptop (itunes)

To resolve you issue go into Face ID or Touch ID in Settings and turn on the USB accessories option!
