Time Varies:
Took me 14 minutes today with a 600MBs Speed - the download was fast, but the install was a bit slow. If on a public network, then it may be much slower, or may not even go through successfully, if blocked out due to too much data consumption (something seen at public places like campgrounds).
Important:
Backup First: Be certain to backup your iPhone, prior to installing the update. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong after the installation.
