Change the layout of the floating keyboard iPad iPadOS 14 to match iPhone layout

How can I change the layout of the floating keyboard to match more closely the layout of my iPhone?

The thing that annoys me the most is the location of the globe and number keyboard is swapped why????

I get there is more space under the iPhone keys but what not make them swapped to match???

You are not the first to be frustrated about the inconsistency of keypad layout between devices - and are unlikely to be the last. Regrettably, this is not configurable.
