Hello! Why I didn't get my refund in 48 hours? I'm waiting already for a week

Hello, my mom accidently bought an app from my apple id and it charger my family member card. I need to refund this money. The status wrote that it already been refunded, but we still didn't get anything.

Also I wish to know how to turn of this function, because I don't want to use card of. my apple family owner for paying for all my purchases.
