Scanner for me App

Ive been using the Scanner for Me +OCR app for many years, i wanted to review some documents scanned previously and on trying to open the app I got the message stating the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS, but there doesn't seem to be an update available. So I have two questions. Is there a way of extracting all of the files that I held within the app, on my iPad or is there a way of transferring the information to another app. secondly does anyone know the developer of this app as i can't find a way within the IPAD of determining this.
