Scanner for me App

Ive been using the Scanner for Me +OCR app for many years, i wanted to review some documents scanned previously and on trying to open the app I got the message stating the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS, but there doesn't seem to be an update available. So I have two questions. Is there a way of extracting all of the files that I held within the app, on my iPad or is there a way of transferring the information to another app. secondly does anyone know the developer of this app as i can't find a way within the IPAD of determining this.

You will need to seek assistance from the App Developer:

How to contact an app developer – Apple Support

Without the Developers assistance you are unlikely to be able to recover data from an unsupported App. Unless the App is updated to operate with the currently installed version of iOS/iPadOS, you’ll not be able to actively export data from the App.

Perhaps you have an older device - with a supported version of iOS - from which you can attempt to export your data?
