Apple watch restarting when driving

Hi

My series 3 watch keeps restarting itself while I'm driving - never any other time though. I'm on OS7.0.1

Has anyone successfully stopped their watch doing this?

No I haven’t seen that happening, but I would recommend update to watchOS 7.5 in any case:
