Hi, I can log in to my snap chat on my old iPhone 8 but when I try to log in on my new iPhone 12, it closes and locks my account. I even created a new account and it does the same thing. Has anyone else had this problem? I have reset back to factory settings, spoken to apple support and messaged Snapchat support numerous times with no response. Can anyone help please?

Only Snapchat can help you. Try their support site if they have one.
