My Daily Journal app no longer opens with the latest update. The information is stored on my IPad. What can I do to retrieve this data, it represents years of information

How can I retrieve the data from a recently discontinued app?

You will need to seek assistance from the App Developer:

Be aware that if the third-party Developer has completely withdrawn support, you may not be able to recover your journal data.

Do you have an older device with an earlier iOS/iPadOS version installed? If so, if App data is shared between devices, you may be able to export your data.
