BUG TYPE’S, ETC. IN ANALYTICS

Ive been having many issues on my IPhone 8 Plus. Recently had all my apps start disappearing on me one by one. When I’m really having issues I’ll keep WiFi and Bluetooth off. When I look at the main menu it says off but when I go into it it’s on hooking up to several random WiFis according to my location. The same with Bluetooth. For a long time now looking in analytics I seen Apple Watch with data on tracking ovulation, which I’ve never done and have never had a watch. Now looking up certain unfamiliar words in unfamiliar analytics I’m finding my phone I’d probably jailbroke and most likely has several bugs/viruses/etc. I’d be willing to share what I’m talking about to anyone that can give me more specific information. I bought the phone refurbished the person who refurbished it is overseas I just can’t remember where. I seen another question out there like this but never was answered. Very similar situation. I’ve had it wiped clean & All that good stuff. Thank you anyone for your help.
