We would like to see how we can help you with your Messages. Are these messages that were erased at some point? Although your messages are stored in iCloud, you can’t see them on iCloud.com. When you turn on Messages in iCloud on a device, your messages are automatically stored in iCloud, and aren’t included in your iCloud backup. For more information visit: Use Messages in iCloud
