I have specific pages format documents on my laptop that are not opening but use to, they open on the iPad and iPhone but won't open on the laptop, while other pages documents open normally, any idea why this is happening and how to fix it ?

Since some of your Pages documents are opening normally then this might not be a fix.....
But if you are running macOS Big Sur then make sure you have updated to the latest version, macOS Big Sur 11.4. To do that go to System Preferences > Software Update.
Also make sure you are running the latest Pages, currently 11.1. That can be updated via the Mac App Store.
And make sure you have updated Pages and iOS/iPadOS on your iPad and iPhone to run the latest versions.
