I heard that you can buy additional Icloud storage above the 2TB however I can not find where to purchase it. If this is correct tell me how please.

The only way I know of is if you have an Apple One subscription. See the following from What happens to your iCloud storage plan when you sign up for Apple One - Apple Support
After you subscribe to Apple One, you can buy more iCloud storage if you need more. With both Apple One and an iCloud storage plan, you can have up to 4TB of total iCloud storage.

Thanks for answering however it would seem that it is not that easy. I went to the Apple One page and after clicking the link provided to Get Apple One free, I'm taken to a page that tells you to make sure you are all up to date etc. I am up to date with Big Sur 11.4 and IOS 14.6 installed however, in the places it suggested to look and add the subscription there are no references to Apple One at all and a search also turns up nothing.
Perhaps Apple is withholding this service from certain non-US markets?
Anyway thanks for the suggestion. If you have any answer as to why it was not useable please let me know.
