I can’t downgrade my ICloud storage to the free 5 gb

How do you cancel ICloud storage from the 200 GB plan? I have tried the downgrade button and it won’t let me do it. I have tried on my Mac and my iPhone.

i want to Downgrade my icloud storage but it wont let me i currently have a paid 50GB storage plan, but i want to Downgrade to the 5GB Free plan... It wont let me click DONE once i select 5GB - This is because i still have 16GB of the 50GB data which i dont need anymore... I just want to lock-in the 5GB Free plan again and I dont care about the existing 16GB data. How do I get this done ?
