On my ipad I have no payments added, but when I try to Login with Paypal it signs me in but on my screen it says to use credit card or sign up for Paypal credit which I don't want and It's not letting me use Paypal.

PayPal requires that you have a payment method registered in your PayPal account. You are being told to add a credit card or apply for PayPal credit because you don't appear to have a payment method configured in your PayPal account.
Is this true?
