recently switched to a new iPhone 12.
I cannot download any apps on the App Store.
Ive removed my old phone from my Apple ID account
Ive updated my payment methods
Ive restarted the phone many a time.
no luck.
Any ideas how I can fix this issue?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
What happens when you try to download apps, do you see any specific error messages on screen?

I see a blue icon but I am signed into my Apple ID
i have updated all of my payment methods in the App Store also
The ‘Get’ button flash off as if it’s going to download and then return back to ‘Get’
any ideas?
