You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

You would need to delete the entire account associated with that saved password for that approach to work.
As stated above, the password you have used was somehow exposed, and you will want to change the password.
Or delete the entire account from whatever service is involved, which means you can then delete the local copy of the password used to access that account.
If this saved password is the password to your Apple ID, change your password. Now.
