If I make payments on a macbook, will I receive it right away, and it’s like making phone payments?

If you are referring to a purchase made by using Apple Card Monthly Installments, you receive the MacBook (or other item purchased) in the normal delivery time (i.e., as if you paid in full). Also see: Apple Card - Monthly Installments - Apple
