I just spilt coffee over my keyboard and there is now water in my screen. I shutdown the computer but the water had spread to cover almost half of the screen. What it the best I can do to prevent bad damage until I can take it to service. Please help.

Do not power up your computer. It needs to be inspected by an authorized service center. Liquid damage is often extensive and ongoing.
Nothing as long as you don't power it on.
Thank you. I did turn it off however I cannot take it to service for a few days as I am on an island with no service center. Please let me know anything else I can do to minimize damage
