So I have a Chromebook and it wont let me have Itunes or the finder app and so I am stuck with a disabled iphone 7 that says that I need to connect to itunes. What do I do???

How can I fix my Iphone 7 if my Chromebook wont allow either apps to let me restore my Iphone, I honestly don't wanna have to send my iphone to Apple. But I have a HP Chromebook.

You need a Mac or Windows PC, you can't connect it to a Chromebook.
