Refund

Hi!

i would like to have a refund on my Flocheer subscription and they told me to go directly to you because my subscription was made from apple. It is a pretty expensive subscription and I was very surprised when I saw in my bank account that it had been taken when I could not afford it and I didn’t want to go through with it another month. I didn’t even get a notice or an email saying that my subscription was coming to an end and if I wanted to renew it. I found that pretty weird since I always get some sort of reminder about subscriptions… all I’m asking is a refund. I’ve already canceled it.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
