Apple Watch activation lock

I bought a used Apple Watch off Facebook market for my dad for Father’s Day…. Well I am dumb and no longer have the info from the guy I bought the watch from but there is an activation lock when I try to set the watch up. Someone pls help me :(

You won't be able to use it; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. Ask the Facebook staff for a refund.
