payment declineed

I can not insert my payment card in App ID, always showing me message that my card is decline and I should update it, but I never find any information for my card in my account, I used a same card before one year and I removed, I want insert it now.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

Possible fixes.   Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store
