FaceTime and iMessage

I can’t access nor activate my FaceTime and iMessage app. I’ve lost almost 1000 worth of airtime in charges with no result. I’ve tried all the options that has been uploaded on all platforms but to no avail.


It keeps saying that it can’t connect to apple server.


please what is wrong with Apple Server.


Apple.com please kindly rectify your server issues. Thank you

We understand you're unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime on an iPhone. We're happy to offer some guidance.


If you're unable to activate these services, you can try these steps: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime


You'll also want to make sure you can currently send regular SMS text messages from the device. If you're unable to send SMS text messages, you'll need to contact your wireless carrier to address that issue first.


If you are able to send SMS test messages and the services still will not activate, we'd recommend contacting Apple for assistance: Get Support
