Can apple tv app installed?
I have checked at https://www.apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/ but the above TV is not in the list.
Any method to fix?

When it isn’t listed, then that model TV doesn’t support the Apple TV app natively among its smart apps. But you can connect the Apple TV box and access its apps that way. Or connect a third party streaming device with the Apple TV app.
