Probably means the water that leaked round the screen seal has not got to the LCI yet.

The phone may be repairable with a screen replacement but the Apple Store will assess it. Don't mention the water or they will not even attempt to fix it.

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article,
