As many have mentioned, I can't login to the Appel ID even though I know my email AND password, because of f. old security questions.
Also the support available in my country (Netherlands) is a link to the same process of iforgot that gets me nowhere!!!!
How can I contact someone else or bypass this?

Using a web browser if you sign in with Apple ID and password at appleid.apple.com immediately you have to answer for three respective questions .
If you are having incorrect credentials , the only solution is convert this secondary authentication account into two factor authentication .
