Complete your Apple ID
I have filled all the required information on complete your Apple ID page but still it shows like you have not completed the entire form.. please do reply as I’m unable to download apps on my phn

Do you have a payment method installed? If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
Are you able to sign in with your Apple ID at appleid.apple.com?
