How do I disconnect a phone call ?

Tap on the red phone icon on the bottom of the call screen:
If the call screen is not visible, tap on the green bubble at the top left corner of the screen to go back to it, then tap on the red phone icon to end the call.
Alternatively, press the power button on the iPhone once to end the call.
