Trouble sending a note with a photo

Inside the Notes app, I have a note that I want to send others a copy to via Messages.

When I try to share this note by selecting “share a copy” and then select Messages, the photo that is inserted into the middle of the text or at the bottom of the text, shows up at the top of the message. I would like the photo to remain where I had put it in the first place.

if I select “share a copy”, and then use the copy function and copy it into the message, the photo does not show up at all.

If I select share a copy and then send through email the photo is in the proper place. Unfortunately I do not want to send it via email. I just find it interesting that each one treated differently.

Any help is appreciated.
