Group Competition on Apple Watch

Can I start a "Group" Competition on Apple Watch - much like a "Group" Chat on iPhone where everyone in the chat sees everyone else's responses. So that, everyone in a "Group" Competition can simultaneously see everyone else's progress? I do know how to start a single competition with one friend, already. I have not seen an accurate reponse to the many other related group competition questions in this forum. PLEASE HELP!!!
