Mirror FaceTime video call in landscape mode to Apple TV

Is it possible to mirror a FaceTime video chat to an Apple TV in landscape mode and have it size to the full screen size of the TV? Every time I initiate a FaceTime call with someone and turn the phone in to landscape mode and then try to mirror my screen to my Apple TV the picture is a small square in the middle of the TV not the full size. How can I resize a picture to full screen on the TV?

We understand from your post that you would like the FaceTime call you mirror to your TV to take up the whole screen of the TV. As this is not currently a feature, you may want to consider leaving feedback for Apple for this type of feature to be possibly implemented in a future update:
