A coworker "the IT guy) borrowed my phone and I believe he has my Apple ID. I change my password. Can I change my Apple ID, too?

You can change the email address associated with it if you want to: Change the email address you use as your Apple ID - Apple Support


You can if warranted change the Apple ID entirely, but all purchases and content are tied to the Apple ID that made the and cannot be migrated to a new one.


Changing the password for the Apple ID and having 2 factor authentication should be all that is required. He can do very little with the email address associated with the Apple ID.
