no matter what browser I use on my iPhone 12, my screenshot does not show the buttons at the top that allow a full page or scrolling screenshot. I’ve seen another feed where you suggest that I’m using the markup feature but I’m not seeing any place to change or switch this. Thank you.

See “Take a full-page screenshot” here. Of course, the screenshot you show above would not present this option since it’s not a webpage or Item exceeding your screen’s length.
