Apple Music subscription

today my Apple Music family subscription was renewed again. I want to change the region and country but it doesn’t let me until I delete Apple Music subscription. I unsubscribed from this service however it was paid today so the app usage is expired on 18.07.2021. But I want to stop using it now so I can change the regions and country. How’s that possible to just delete any usage of Apple Music?
