Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you are trying to set up your HomePod and received an error. We have several steps to walk through to help get your HomePod working again.


If you can't set up HomePod


You will want to make sure the device you are pairing your HomePod with is fully updated. Also, check your Wi-Fi network connection.
