Always on toggle switch is missing

I am missing the Always On toggle switch on my watch. I am trying to make the watch screen always on. How do I achieve that? The mode is MTF32LL/A, Version 7.0 (17R382).

That seems to be series 3 then. The Always On feature was launched with series 5:
